General TOS

1) I have the right to decline a commission order for any reason.

2) Provide a visual refrence of your OC, I will not accept a comission based on a text description.

3) Minor edits throughout the commission process are okay, any major edits after the sketch phase will require an additional fee.

4) Do not use or affiliate my art and designs with non-fungible tokens (NFTS), cryptocurrency transactions, or AI training.

5) I reserve the right to post the work in online galleries, portfolios, or as a commission sample. If you do not want your commission posted online please specify.

6) Refunds are issued on a case by case basis. I require a minimum of 30 days to process a refund request.

Ownership

7) I have the moral author rights to all my works. Do not claim you created my art or designs.

8) I do not permit heavy editing of commission pieces, the sale of commission pieces via prints or other merchandise, commission pieces used for commercial purposes or profitable redistribution, or the removal of my logo/watermark.

9) As the owner of a bought character design or commissioned artwork, you are allowed to re-post with credit.

10) Designs obtained through trades or for free cannot be sold. Do not resell my character designs higher than the price you bought it for unless you commissioned extra art to raise its base value.

11) Do not convert my designs into closed species without my permission.

What can i draw?

I will draw - SFW (safe for work) content, Anthro/Furry Characters, Monsters, Gore, Body Horror, Feral/Quadrupeds Characters, and Fan Characters of a Media.

I will not draw - NSFW content Including any Kinks or Fetishes (I'm not totally opposed to it I'm just not good at it), anything that infringes my TOS, Loli/Shota, incest, Hate-speech, or any similar themes.

Ask me first - Copyrighted Characters, Humanoids, Mechs/Robots.
